2000Max rough idle and stalls

I have a 2000 Maxima automatic with 167000 miles. I have owned the car since 2002(42000 miles). Thecar was running poorly, had a check engine light. Replaced a O2 sensor and this resolved the check engine light. One problem is much worse, the car runs fine at speed.
It idles poorly, shudders, stalls at low RPM. The car will not crank without foot on the gas pedal to keep RPMS up. It also stalls on low speed turns and red lights unless you have1 foot on brake and 1 foot on gas. Found 1 vaccum leak, temporary fix. Over the years I have replaced some coils, multiple O2 sensors, catalytic converter. At 90K ,only 4 plugs replaced, my next step is new plugs.I am tryingto keep cost down and run thr car a few more years, it's older car and high miles, but I still like it when it's running right.
Other suggestions ?? EICU,MAF ??

I am surprised that the check engine light is not on. Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to ON position (lamp check)?

You may need to clean the throttle plate / throttle body. The throttle position sensor could be messed up. Losts of possibilities.

Check Engine Light does come on when I crank the car."Similar" issues in the past have typically been O2 Sensors ,or bad gas related.
