Windshiled Wiper Problems

I know there are a lot of threads on this but no one ever posted a solution to their problem. I've seen lots of theories but no definite solutions.

Intermittent wiper isn't intermittent. It runs without stopping. Wipers won't return to home. They stop in the vertical position. I don't want to try replacing both the switch and the wiper motor. Anyone know for sure what the problem is? It appears to be a common problem.

Thanks in advance.

Did you check in the FSM? You want to check EL.PDF

Mine was doing the same thing. Just replace the switch.

Thanks, I'll check around for best prices.

Edit: Found OEM switch online for $62 shipped. Far cheaper than a wiper motor.
