Clutch and Exhaust question

I have a 01 Max and I need to replace my clutch. What's a good brand clutch for normal everyday use? I have minor bolt-ons(intake, bs exhaust)

Whats a good exhaust system also that'll give me a deep smooth sound?

If you just want to replace your factory clutch, and there's nothing wrong with your flywheel, then I'd just go with Exedy. They are a major supplier of OEM anyway.

I want to replace both. Lightened flywheel of course, but what combination would be good?

What's a good exhaust system also?

Cattman is the single best exhaust system for the Max. You can find many threads on that and where to sign up for group buys here, so I won't go into all of that.

As far as a good lightened flywheel and clutch combo, I am actually about to do that myself. I'm probably going to go with JWT (their flywheels are rebranded Fidanza). Here is the information they sent me.
If you wish to upgrade to one of our JWT performance clutch sets, these have a sprung hub design and work nicely with the JWT low inertia flywheel.

LALT2-NF000 Billet aluminum flywheel 15lbs, fits 02+ Maxima, $450.00

LSER2-NC000 JWT performance clutch/disc $299.00 For 2002-2006 Maxima/Altima V6, has 900kg clamping force (use this for 400hp or less)

L3503-NC000 Hi-Performance clutch kit (pressure plate and disc,) 1200kg clamping force fits 2002+ Maxima with 3.5L engine $485.00 (use this for over 400+ hp up to 600hp potential)

Will that clutch setup work for 00-01 as well?

No....
Guess I should have seen what you were driving. According to their website...

PART NUMBER: LMAX5-NF000
DESCRIPTION:
FLYWHEEL MAXIMA 95-01 VQ30DE ALUM. 12 LBS

They list three different clutch kits for the VQ30DE. Send them an email or call them, they are quick to respond and very helpful.
