Air Bag light after moving seat

I was searching for something under the seat. I moved the seat all the way forward and then back. I then had a flashing airbag light. I scanned it with my POS tool and it said something about DA circuit open. I did the airbag reset and it went off. I imagine I must have a loose connection under there. Is there any sort of common issue that happens with the wires under the seat? I tired searching but didn't find any matches.

Thanks

Haven't heard of one...but one of my former coworkers had a puppy chew some of the wires, causing her airbag light to go off. Ended up simply soldering some wire to each of the frayed ends, heatshrink, and all was well again.

You might have a loose connection, or frayed wire as well.

I can't remember if this applies to you car but some Maximas had a wire harness that was a little too short and was pulled when the seat was moved.

I see this happen all the time and not only on maximas. Usually a good tug on the harness while car is running or ignition in on position can set the airbag light to go off.

I know the honda accords had a lot of issues if the wiring get caught up in the seat track. I think I must have a loose connection since the light reset and hasn't come back on.
