how far away are you? ive got block/heads from a 2001 SE id let you have for $125 and throw in the transmission, it had a small fire from what appeared to be a power steering hose blow out, it had 151,000 miles but cranked over fine when i purchased it. im in charleston WV, its been sitting outside with a tarp over it for about 2 weeks, im sure its gotten alittle water in the intake ports, but should clean up easily, it would be VERY minor amount if it has some.

its a pretty complete longblock, i just sold the intake assembly and exhaust manifolds.

Actually, I have everything planned out already, kinda drew out the blueprint as a new years resolution to myself to have my car restored completely to brand new before next new years, just wanted the prices for parts (which courtesy Nissan still hasn't replied back and is being as difficult as you guys are to just get a price check). My brother is a mechanical engineer, graduated with a degree from wyotech, so i'm sure he has all the tools, and manuals that we'll need. I know we can get it done, i'm sure that we can even by the parts wholesale from Nissan at dealer price from his shop, but I just wanted to know the price at retail to estimate the value of my car when it's done.

So, your planning on spending many thousands and a whole year on a car that when you get tired of, it will be sold for no more than $3000 regardless of how "new" it may seem. Yea, I get flamed all the time but now its my turn

NO...we don't work at a dealership.
i gave you a website to CHECK YOUR OWN DAMN PRICE. if you're too lazy to check your own prices then you're not going to build anything except a ham sandwich.

and NO the staff will NOT kick the people out of this ridiculous pipe dream of a thread that you created.

if you want to rebuild your car go do it...do not ask for the forum to help or support your build....esp on checking prices.

Thank you,
Management
