20 inch rims

I have a 2000. Is it okay to have 20 inch rims or should I put the factory rims back on.

You can put 20's on, but the real question is should you put 20's on. I personally think that 19's are probably the biggest you should go with a 5th gen...but that's my opinion.

20"s can be done if it's dropped quite a bit, and done properly, with an internal spoke design and slight lip.

ridiculous 20" rims are not allowed.

And you cannot put anything bigger than 18" on without dropping it. even 18" looks ridiculous without a drop.

General consensus is no bigger than 19" on the 5th gen, otherwise your tires get way to skinny and ride suffers, and price for tires is very high

Physically yes, they will fit. Aesthetically no, they will not look good. Especially on a stock car as mentioned above.

WHY????
Your gonna destroy your suspension...The car wasn't designed to accelerate, decelerate, absorb a 100lbs object flying toward it's suspension components everytime you hit a small bump, nor would it look that good! 18 or 19's are where real world usability stop, IMO,...everthing bigger is just ignorance!

anything bigger than 19's are overkill IMO. The g37's and lowered, look good on any 5/5.5 gen.

Agree with above...nothing bigger than 19" for 5th gens.

(18s for 4th, 19s for 5th & 20s for 6th gens, IMO)
