will the 2003 maxima headlights fit a 2001?

Is it an easy swap or do i need to mess with different wiring harness?

 

some people are selling harnesses here or you can make your own one as there are two different bulbs on 02-03 and just one on 00-01

 

If you're asking this question, you have not done enough research. Yes, they will fit and many members (including myself) have performed the swap many times. It takes some time and effort, but it's possible.
