Unknown part and need to know to replace/ random clanking noise

Hey guys I'm new to this car and its been producing a loud clanking noise when i accelerate. It makes the noise when in reverse also. Once I'm up to speed (around 45-50) the sound goes away. I know its not a loose panel and I know its not my CAT. Also if you guys can point out what the part in the picture is I would greatly appreciate it. I drive a 2001 nissan maxima SE.

Sounds like motor mounts bro. I would start there and get them replaced.

Well I just had the motor rebuilt and the guy basically ripped us off. He did half *** work then bounced out of town. So I know it could be a number of things. Ill look at my mounts tho. Thanks

If you can get better pics, and take a look at your mounts, that might help.,

So what exactly did this alleged "rebuild" consist of?

I honestly do not know. The heads were warped so they were replaced. Along with starter and radiator(which caused the burnout). He was supposed to rebuilt 100% and reseal engine perfectly but about a month after rebuild the engine started making this noise and when we went looking for him he was gone out of town. We got jipped.

I'll try to get the video. It's difficult to get because it only happens when driving. Usually louder when engine is hot.
