MAF and Transmission Issue

2000 auto trans

My car started to idle at a lower RPM and suddenly the car would shut off in a stop or when let go of the accelerator. I checked the codes and it told me malfunction MAF sensor.

I replaced the MAF and now when I feel my transmission is taking alot of time to engage.

It still giving me bad MAF sensor.

Any suggestions

Try that, it could just be a faulty piece, when it comes to something like a MAF you dont want to be cheap and was it installed correctly?

Just return it. There are to many threads about aftermarket MAFs to even bother. Do it right and forget about it.
