car seat cover

hello i just bought 2000 maxima as a beater.. i only paid 2g and this thing is beat up.. anyways seats are in terrible condition. has rip and stains.. was looking around on ebay for seat cover but anybody had experience with them? i don't want to spend more than 100 bucks because i bought this car as a beater.. let me know guys!..

well in all honesty (and im one usually defending someone if these guys give wiseass answers) you said yourself its a beater..just pick any seat cover from a local store, dont bother with ebay.

if your car is a beater, I agree with the above posters - just get any old seat cover that you're comfortable with. No need to spend a C-note on seat covers...especially when the car will likely need repairs in the near future (due to its beater status)

Rather than spent a 100.00 for seat covers and still have an interior that has been well abused ... try to search the assorted car part out threads and pick up some OEM all Leather seats and perform an internal swap. The car may still be a beater as you call but it will be worth more money when you decide to sell it off.

Those generic "semi-custom" ones that are on eBay are not worth it. I know someone who got one for their car. It didn't fit right, it fell apart, and they eventually got rid of it.

I can't even describe how i feel? your post was 200k+ mileage.. and i said wow thinking that's awesome.. i bought a car with 184k and was hoping the same..

OP I agree with walmart, or if you see a future with the car , do what one poster said about finding some used leather and other interior peices that are damaged and replace.
