aftermarket radio won't turn on

aftermarket radio won't turn on
ok this happened when i was cleaning my trunk.. I realized that one of my wire connected to rear speaker was disconnected.. so i reconnected and boom.. and now my rear speaker works.. and i go back again.. realized my wire that's suppose to connect to my amp wasn't connected.. so i go back and boom connected.. now my radio won't turn on.. i did vise versa disconnecting and connecting but radio is dead.. this is sony aftermarket radio.. i have checked the back of HU fuse and fuses underneath the steering wheel no luck.. i also reconnected the black ground that's coming out of cd player still no luck.. WTF IS THIS..!!?? obviously i did search for one hour on google and here on site.. no luck.. anybody ?

Disconnecting the battery is not necessary. If you shorted something out by connecting that wire back, then it would have still shorted out once the battery was reconnected.
My advice to you is to check ALL your fuses in the car (under the dash, and under the hood). Check them ALL. Doesn't matter if they're related to audio or not.
Decks don't just blow up like that...and even if it did, chances are its internal amp would be shot...but it would still turn on, and light up.

After you check your fuses. Take a volt meter and make sure you're actually getting power to your head unit. When I bought my max I found out my ignition wire (to the head unit) was shorted out (the guy had 2 subs in the back). So it could be related?
Black is ground
Yellow is power
Red is ignition
(usually)
Black is ground
