Removing Rear Spoiler

Has anyone know or write up on how to remove the rear spoiler. Since I am trying to get it off but it doesn't seem to budge. I know there are bolts in middle and on both ends, but I see a plastic in the middle, I did not know if those can break. I am trying to get my spoiler repainted since it was faded badly. So I figure it cheaper to pull it off myself and sand it and bring it in for painting.. Thanks, if any info would be appreicated how to get it off.

Don't quote me 100% on this but:

*unclip the clip that holds the spoiler light wiring harness (inside trunk lid, middle)
* remove all nuts (10mm, should be 6 or 8 nuts)
*close trunk
*using a towel-wrapped screwdriver and heat application, gently pry the mounting of the spoiler off the trunk lid.

Pretty sure that's it...

Semtex should do it. Works for cancelling bad Czechs too!

Check the FSM, I believe the spoiler is held on using double sided tape.
