Xenon vs Halogen Headlight Housing Difference

I am in need of a new passenger side headlight because of a wreck I recently had. The xenon bulb still works perfectly, but I need a new housing. Will the xenon bulb and necessary equipment work in a halogen housing or are they completely different?

They're different, get an 02-03 housing.

Should have noted it. I have an 02 currently. Will xenon bulb from 02 fit in a halogen 02 housing?

02-03 have HID low beam, only the high beam is halogen, and the answer to this is no.

02-03 never had halogens. You will need a xenon/HID lamp assembly off an 02-03 Max.
