Maxima Hard Start Issues

I Have A 2000 Maxima Changed ignition coils cleaned/added new grounds changed both crank sensor car still refuses to start it crank but no start takes repeated long cranks then eventually start and misfires during cranks it sounds like it losing voltage or not getting enough power even with the added ground any other opinions ? .....I was also told I may have to remove the tranny and have it sanded for better connection I don't wanna pay someone to do all that and the problem still occur any ideas ?

The starter itself may be the problem. It has gears inside it and the lubrication dries up and then the starter cannot spin as fast as it should.

how do you know? have you swapped with a known good one?

Your starter could VERY WELL be your issue.
