Is it wheel bearing going bad?

I have a 03 maxima and at speeds exceeding 50 mph, i get a vibration noise from the left side feeling like there is a hump on the tire but the tire looks good. Is it a wheel bearing or the tire just needs balancing?
I should add that I just did allignment a few days ago thinking that was the problem.

Swap the front and rear tires to make sure that it is not a tire giving you the vibration.

If it's bad wheel bearing, it should be most noticeable at sharp turns. You could just lift your car and try to shake/move the wheel holding at 9 and 3 o'clock.

Another way to "test" bad wheel bearing is raising the tire, grabbing the spring with your bare hands, and giving the tire a hard spin; if you feel a grinding or rough sensation at the spring, you have a bad bearing.
