Flex Pipe Replacement

Hello,

My flex pipe is broken, and instead of having that part welded for about $80, I thought of getting a replacement Y-pipe from RockAuto (WALKER Part # 54521) for about $160. Is this a good deal for just a regular driver (no autocross)?

And would this be enough or do I have to buy other parts as well?

thanks - Noela

If the picture on rock auto is actually the part, that sure looks like the y-pipe. The only question is the hanger bracket by the flex pipe section. I don't know if that is the style used on the 2002.
