I've done a search to find someone who sells the caliper relocation bracket for the front brakes and found a vendor called BlehmCo. I sent an email a last Monday April 29th and have not received a reply back.

I wanted to ask if anyone in the 5th gen community knows if they are still in business or is there another company I can purchase the caliper relocation bracket from?

Just to confirm my conclusions, the caliper relocation bracket will allow the installation of the larger rotors from the 2004 (6th gen) Maxima while using the original 5th gen Maxima calipers.

Nope matt dont make them no more.fastbrakes.com has a kit.

I used fastbrakes for my rear kit and then a company called RACING BRAKES....this is their URL they used OEM caliper but moved it out so you can use a bigger rotor....
