Maxima wierd transmission problem!!!

I own a 2001 nissan maxima 20th anniversary edition. I have a weird transmission problem.

When ever i drive on stop and go traffic and its kinda warm out side, After 30 minutes of driving the transmission wont get out of 1st gear!!! the car wont go pass 20mph!!! why!! i dont get any warning lights or anything!!! I have taken it to several transmission shop and none can figure out whats wrong!

First i thought it was plug cats but i had them check and they were fine.

the transmission oil is nice and clean.

What can it be!!!?? it only happens when the transmission oil gets hot!

is it going into safe mode?

Any help?
