Hello guys, new here. I noticed a noise when I turn the steering to either side and it make this clack clack clack noise, any help will be appreciated

 

Sounds like a CV Joint. is it while moving or does it still click while stationary?

 

Thanks for your answer. It makes the sound while moving. Just wanted to be 100% sure. I went looking for CV joints and found aftermarket deals like on eBay for $170 for the two of them, cheaper and more expensive. What can you advise me to do. OEM just way too expensive.
