My new SRS exhaust is much to loud for me but the piping is very nice so i just want to swap out the muffler like a few people with that exhaust has done.

My question is i want to use a dynomax VT muffler but they only sell the one that has a Center inlet and center out in 3" only which is what i need in order to align the outlet of the muffler with the opening in the rear bumper.

So is anyone running a 3" inlet muffler on a 2.5" exhaust i know i can easily do it with an exhaust adaptor just seeing if anyone have done it and if so is there any issues.

 

I'm sure there are people that do this without issue...
