Why UTEC is discontinued

I dunno if this is old news but I thought I would share it. Anyways I had issues opening up the .pdf files with the Turbo XS Utec and I needed a knock sensor. Pretty much you need to rename the extensions of files to .pdf to open.

Spoke with Jermaine at Turbo XS. Cool dude! Helped me out. Was disappointed that you can no longer buy the UTEC, Knock Sensor, or TXS wideband from them anymore but I have everything but the knock sensor at this point. The TXS knock sensor is bosch part number 0261231006 btw since I couldn't buy it from them. Found it on Amazon for $25! You can no longer get the wire harness but its only two wires so im getting some connectors and soldering for now.

Anyways the main reason the UTEC was discontinued is Osirus. There $1000 unit new couldn't compete with a reflash. Honestly after tuning the Celica I love tuning on the fly. After I add a part most the time I need to retune anyways. For example a bigger air filter or more boost id need to retune so why limit myself to a reflash. Also I got my UTEC for $300. Just my two cents

I knew why... But sucks they never opened it up to other Nissan models, like us, that Osiris doesn't support. Tuning with UTEC is better than SAFC and the like.
