Could this cause a P0300?

So I guess I still haven't figured the notorious PO300 code
and I though a motor swap with would solve it but no.

Iv'e been fighting this code for several years now on two separate motors , a lot of the parts were reused in the swap but I've done nearly everything to try and fix the PO300. So I was wondering if this solenoid was bad, which I can hear a hissing sound coming from. Do you think this could throw a PO300, it does have 2 vaccum lines running into it. I've heard that vacumm leaks can throw it but I'm not sure about this part.

Trying to get a little knowledge before I go out and spend $200. thanks

Its the middle one with the P1800

Why don't you hit up your local junk yard or look in the classifieds? 200 bucks is a lot for that one solenoid. If you kept your upper intake manifold when you did the swap (it looks to me like you did), then there is your problem.

NWP VIAS block off plate is way cheaper and better, and would eliminate that problem

I have the block off plate but don't use it, I didn't like the low end loss.

I lucked out and found one at a salvage yard for $35, I've already installed the new one, well see if the code goes away in a few days.

IVT solenoids can stick hardcore, especially if the motor sits, and it doesn't have to throw a code for that except a random misfire.
