03' GLE heated steering wheel in a 01' GLE

You'll need a heated steering wheel clock spring for sure. On you're car its likely going to be all custom wiring because I don't believe the smart entry control has a timer for the heated wheel. So you'd likely have to run a dedicated circuit that you turn on and off manually.
I have the complete wiring for my 2002 that I need to get installed, just haven't gotten far enough along yet.

[QUOTE=Kevin Ellis;8831345]Sarin,
Thanks for that info...very helpful...So can I use the clock spring from the donor car and with that, all I would need to do is get custom wiring to dedicated circuit that you turn on and off manually, right ?
