Input needed

So I have a 2002 GLE that is due for some work and would like yall's input/experience with any of the issues I am facing. So the smallest problem I have is that my headlight housings have some cloudiness and some precipitation inside of the housings. I hate the way that looks and need some advice on fixing that. Now the bigger things I am trying to figure out are my tires, suspension, and brakes. Obviously the tires are an easy solution.. just get new ones. I am more concerned with what is the "best tire" for this car. Same with the brakes. Easy solution, I just want input on brands and whatnot. Also, how difficult is the brake changing process? If it's not too bad I may do it myself and save some cash. My biggest problem is my suspension. The car rides smooth but makes a good bit of noise. I know that could be anything but I would like to get it narrowed down to something specific before I go out and potentially waste a good bit of money on the wrong thing. Any help and advice is welcome. Thanks.

1. Did you try a 3M headlight restoration kit or equivalent?
2. The "best" tires depends on what you want. Snow? Race? All season? Longevity? There is a wheel section that may help you.
3. Brakes are simple on this car. Find a "how to" since it sounds like it may be your first time. I use Hawk HPS pads and some cheap rotors. More dust/noise Imo, but better bite.
4. What kind of suspension noise? Squeak, clunk, grind? Only on bumps? Does it steer ok?

Sorry it's taken me a while to get back.
So the noise in the suspension is only on bumps and has a "squeak" and "clunk". At speeds over 70 mph the steering wheel has some movement and can feel spongy if you know what I mean. As far as driving around town the steering is fine though.

I had that too when I forget to install the circle shaped piece just below the strut mount (front suspension)
