I want one of those black mesh grilles for my 2001 Maxima GXE but the only ones i can find are for 02-03. Anyone know where to get one that will fit on a 01? I figure the ones for the 02-03 should fit but i dont wanna order it without being sure.

 

Do a little searching. I believe the 00-01 grill is solid piece with the front bumper, hence why you can only find them for the 02-03. Someone on here (TunerMaxx3000 maybe? idk) posted some type of how-to to remove an 00-01 grill to paint or something. I'm sure you'll find it if you search around a bit.

 

They do have the mesh overlays for the 5th gen. But as mentioned, it doesn't replace the grill, just covers it.
