Alternator issue

Can anybody help me with a alternator issue on my 3.5 maxima..? Lol I'm new to the auto world. Basically what happen was when I was changing the alternator the Grey clip attached to the alternator became separated from the wire that's attached to it. What now..?

take a picture of it and head to your local auto parts store to buy universal wire connections... then crimp, connect and drive. kinda figure that if you're willing to replace the alternator, you should know how to replace a wire... don't mean to be rude

If the local auto parts store doesn't have what you need, the dealer has the connectors with with the contacts in them, so you can splice them into the wire harness. Or raid a junk yard and cut the connector off of a car there.

I doubt that Nissan would charge $50, maybe $10. A pick it yourself junk yard would probably only charge a buck or two,
