Pass side headlights went out

Was out a few minutes ago and the passenger side high beam went out, checked it when I got home and both the high and low beams are not working on that side. Anyone know what would cause both to fail?

There are two fuses for each headlight on the driver side fender in the black box. I bet one of them blew

I apologize for a stupid question but will changing the fuses make the lights a bit brighter?

Well, they'll be on now, instead of off, so...yeah. Absolutely.

I don't think US cars came with the DTRL modules.
