I got a 2000 maxima GLE, my key fob is not working, I put a new battery in it, clean it,etc. its still not working. is there a fuse I need to check to fix this or do I need a new key fob.

 

You can test the key fob itself at Oreilly and Autozone. They have one of those boxes that I guess light up with button presses.

If its nto working I bought one on eBay, was about $20 shipped and took 1 minute to program.

 

Make sure that the new battery is good. I had that problem, turned out the new battery was shiet.
