I recently purchased the switchback leds for the front turn signal. Since I figured itd be easier than load resistors, I went ahead and bought a new flasher module for leds. I dont have leds for the rear turn signals and I really wasnt planning on buying any.
Will it not work if I have leds in the front and incandescents in the rear with the led flasher module? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks

Nobody?

I bought some LED turn signal bulbs and installed them as is with no extra module needed. Came out nicely and loved it.

Link http://www.vleds.com/6k-type-1-dual-...57-1-pair.html to exact bulb which is cheaper than when I had bought them a few years ago

Im just worried that im gonna put them in and theyre gonna blow if I try to use them

Well I grew a pair and plugged it in and it works perfectly. The rear incandescents flash at the same time as the front switchbacks. It looks awesome. Now I need to get my headlights to be whiter so they match -_-

They won't blow, the new LED bulbs that are cropping up everywhere in autoparts store has a load equalizer built into the bulb, which you don't have to worry about the flickering, since they emit very low voltage to light it up, verse the incandlesant bulb use the full draw of 12volts.

I can see it...but

Your signals go from orange to white.....is that how switchback LEDs work? Cuz I don't think it should be that way

noo, they are white and once the signal is activated they flash orange. I put the bulb in and a flasher relay for leds.

right...I get that, but to me they look like when they're doing the FLASH, it's the WHITE side that's the bright one, then going back to Orange which is dim.

It only looks that way in the video. They are equally bright in person. I understand what youre saying but they are both the same! Ill take a better video once I get home but who knows when thatll be since im currently sitting at La Guardia with my fingers crossed that my flight isnt cancelled/delayed -__-

Hey, does anybody know if the front turn signal is a CK socket or just a regular socket?
