Filling up and spilling
On my I35 i have been having this problem where when i fill up, the pump does not slow when it is about to be full. So it just stops immediately and a burst of gasoline spills on to the paint and to the ground. I have noticed lately i have gotten poor gas mileage and when unscrewing the cap there isn't that hiss of a can of soda. Could it be the filler neck have a crack?

the one I drive used to never make that noise until after I replaced the fuel filler neck and then it started hissing too. Dealer said it was normal
no gas spewing all over the place when I have to fill up though but the evap canister and valve are brand new
