My maxima is making a light knocking noise at medium speed around 20-30 mph. The guy in this video is having the exact same problem:
Also gas mileage has been very low(12-16 mpg) according to the carputer, but may have been due to cold temps and letting the car warm up.

Only mods is a cone air filter with stock intake tube

Nope, sounds strange and rare, even more strange that it's not there while at idle. In your opinion, does it seem engine related (RPM related) or suspension/wheel/tire related (speed)?

 

It seems suspension related. And now it makes that noise from about 15+ Miles per hour

 

Just found out it was a bad wheel bearing!
