Long time no see!

Hey guys!...been off the org for awhile, mainly working on my motorcycle, but my maxima is still in progress and has also been problem free for a long time

Since I last posted I've only added one mod....drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. So far it has been a great upgrade...especially considering the crappy autozone rotors i had in the front were so warped they vibrated the steering wheel... Soon to come in 2014:

20mm rear wheel spacers

Meghan EZ Street coilovers (yes i know they are not racing spec but they are getting great reviews online for the money)

Maybe RSB, if it wouldnt be too much in combo with the coilovers on stock wheels.

Warpspeed y pipe......then i should be done! I figure since i already have a timing advance mod done, it might be stupid/risky to put an safc in there and have that further messing with the timing for a mere few HP..

Thoughts?

Welcome back.

I'd go with headers, considering the OBX are almost the same price as the y-pipe, and you WILL getmore fwhp from it vs the y-pipe. Also, if you do get headers, a SAFCII will only make things better. Looks as if you're going semi budget, so a SAFCII and zt-3 would be perfect.

An RSB, IMO is a no brainer as well.

When I'm on stock wheels, I use mt 10mm spacers in front and 15 in the rear, I would stick with the 20 in rear though, since my 15's were all I had. Balance it out.

Ha. I remember you saying I should buy the headers before too :P I have an exhaust guy that told me he would pass me on emissions as long as when he looks under my hood he sees a pre cat there. My pre cat is only a couple years old so once I get a ypipe the whole exhaust will be basically new.....

Tell him to look under the car and look at the main cat, look at the emissions produced, as he should. Or, label the OBX header manifolds with a sharpie before you go "Pre-Cat".
