seat fitment

Found a 4th gen with immaculate black leather heated seats & only wants $150 for the set. That being said.. would they fit into a 5th gen? I currently have cloth seats, hence the desired swap. Every junkyard ive been to doesnt have black leather or if they do its destroyed. I figure ill have to do some wiring for the heated seat but I can manage. Basically I dont wanna pass up such a good deal but theres no point in buying if they wont fit
