Have a couple of questions

I want to put an 02-03 front end on my 00 maxima. I know everything bolts up but my question is do I need to swap the headlight harness for the headlights?

I don't think that you can swap just the wiring harnesses for the headlights. The headlight wiring design has a lot of design differences between the 5.0 and the 5.5. You would need to swap the fuse block and relay blocks as well, which amounts to all the wiring under the hood. And then you would have to make changes to the wire harness for the engine differences.

What would be easier to do would be to do the wiring conversion shown in the link below.

for the HID's you only need the wire harness, $35 bucks I paid a while back when I did the swap on my car.... Good luck with the front fascia change.

Thanks guys is think I'm just gonna keep the 2000 front on. Paint the grill primer color and do hids. Maybe do the diy 02-03 grill on my car. The front end seems to have to put in a lot of work. I don't wanna mess with wiring.
