How do I make my image smaller?

To keep on topic 5th gens are faster then 4th gens

goto paint. Copy and paste the image in paint. Goto skew on the menu bar. Then select 50% horizonatal and 50% horizontal (for example).

Save the picture as .jpg.

I think I will try car domain, if they allow your car on there, I guess they don't have restrictions on rice burners
