03 Max A/C Issue

So my 03 se has always blown cold A/C since purchased, but today I stopped at a store and when I started it back up the a/c didnt wanna get cold. I drove it for about 2-3 mins before it got cold again. And when I stop at a red light it slowly gets warm again. Anybody know why this happens?? Thanks

Sounds to me like your fan may not be turning on with the A/C.

When your car overheats it turns off the a/c.

You probably have a slow leak in the a/c system and the refrigerant level is reaching the point where it can just barely cool. Pretty soon the low pressure sensor will not allow the compressor to run. Take the car to an a/c shop and get the refrigerant level checked.

Yes the temp went a little up, not too serious but a little above the usual. I will check it out on monday

Also will take it to an A/C shop and have them check my whole a/c system
