Wobbling/jerking in suspension

Wobbling/jerking in suspension
I have movement in the suspension or wheels even when fully stopped and e- brake is applied.
First I thought it was the motor mounts. Put in poly inserts
Then I thought it was suspension problems. I put in d2 coilovers
My thinking is it could be sway bar bushings or control arm bushings.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem?
Note: I can sit in it and rock it forward and back with e- brake and brakes fully applied and it still wobbles and moves. Even a car wash will make it jerk. Also does it when I transition between each gear.
I will apologize ahead of time if there is a post about this already. But I am unable to find anything remotely close to this. Any opinion is appreciated.

No noise at all, I mean I have the never ending coilovers pop but that's unrelated. But the movement is forward and backwards approx: 1-2" total. Kinda like a bad joint but that would be impossible since I have all the brakes fully pressed and it still does it.

It *sounds* like a very bad control arm bushing or ball joint, but need a video to confirm.
Get under the car while it's on the ground and investigate. Have someone push the car while you poke around. The movement should be visible and very apparent which component is the culprit.

I just replaced mine yesterday... but they usually will make noise when bad. Note: if u buy the MOOG like I did, you'll need to press out the old, hammer the arm hole smaller with a punch and then press in the new joints. My new MOOGs are awesome!
Sounds like the upper trans mount is shot. idk of a Poly insert for that, but I believe someone on here did successfully make poly inserts for both the upper mounts.
The mounts won't make so much noise because of the rubber in them.
