^^ This, plain and simple man.
You can also get uneven tire wear if your tires have too much pressure or not enough.
If you have too much air, your tire will "balloon" up, and the middle part of the thread will use up faster, good for rolling resistance but bad for tire wear.
On opposite side, not enough air, both inside and outside threads will prematurely wear.
There are other forms of wear like flat spots and cupping but stick to this for now.

EDIT: here's the other ones

Check the LCA bushings, especially if it is the right front tire.

I had already replaced both lower control arms a few months back when I rotated them. Also I know its not incorrect psi(I ve been keeping a close eye at 35) its gotta be a suspension or alignment

Gotta be the alignment or bushings. Get under it and take a look. If the right side looks good, take it to a Sears and get the alignment specs printed out.

I wasn't kidding about the u-turns.
My work car is a 2013 and the right front tire always go bold far sooner
then the rest because I make really aggressive u-turns, and allot of them.

You say it's wearing evenly so just a guess.

I'm going to start with that, any precautions I should take on inspection? I'll check tomorrow

Well, just look for rips, tears and looseness. Do you have jack stands?

As I think back, this was the first thing I ever did on my first car, a 1988 5.0 Fox Body. And my tires were wearing unevenly.

On my car, the bushing had slid outside of the bracket and it was rattling like crazy if I hot a bump.

No offense but in the thread titled large snap sound you state that you are a master tech at Nissan. Kind of ironic you asking questions like this isn't it? Which dealership do you work for?
