AC/Alternator belt keeps slipping
My belt keeps slipping and I've adjusted it about 8 times or more and nothing seems to fix the squealing.. The belt is fairly new and It only squeals when the AC is on at Idle and the rpm drops slightly below its average idle which is like .725-.850 rpm I think. Is my tensioner bad?

Well the belt is a year old, still fairly new.. it looks fine. I can tell the belt is within the tensioners limit when I adjust it, perhaps it loosens up after a little driving? My pulley is only 2 years old and spinning freely.

A belt should not keep stretching. It will stretch a little bit from brand new, but even then not very much. By the time it is 6 months old, it should be done stretching.
When properly adjusted, the belt is VERY tight. The FSM says a used belt should deflect less than a quarter inch (.18 inch) using a force of 66 pounds. The spot you check this at is the section between the alternator and the a/c compressor.

If the deflection is within spec and the tensioner is ok (ie deflection decreases when you tighten) I'd suggest you remove the belt and clean both the pulley surfaces and the belt to remove any oil/dirt that may have accumulated on the surfaces. I've had that be the root cause of a squealing belt, especially when the under engine shields were missing as it allows debris to circulate in the engine area more easily.

Ok i will try that since I don't have a shield underneath. Just clean it with a rag or shud I use something like brake cleaner for the pulley?

I am pretty thorough...a rag with solvent to wipe down the pulleys and as far into the grooves as I can then follow up with a small brush (old toothbrush works) and soapy water on the pulley and belt and dry with a clean rag.

drive belt
Use a candle, rub it on the side of the drive belt to stop squealing. Depending on the brand , a year old will give you a problem, VQ35DE have a high torque, I recommend to change it to OEM Genuine Nissan Drive Belt.
