Car hard starting please help

I have a 2000 nissan maxima, I just changed the MAF sensor and my transmission speed sensor also the battery and 3 of the 4 o2 sensors...A lot! Now my car is not turning right over?? It takes a few turns and a lil gas... It's not the alternator the car stays charged with the air, radio and etc and drives.. so help me what might this be?

Starter or maybe you messed something up when putting in the new MAF

Not the starter or alternator I've heard it could be a cam shaft sensor or ignation coils??? I checked the obvious yea I'm a female but I know a little something about cars but this has hot me stuck... I previously had a Chevy Malibu and it was not as complicated as this Nissan maxima

ignition coil would give you a misfire code, cam sensor would probably give you a code as well. first thing i would do is scan the car for codes, if no codes check fuel pressure then go from there

all the connectors to the MAF etc tight?

Hard starting

So is your car turning over but not firing? Or is lugging to start? As in lugging does it sound like the starter wants to stop turning or struggles to turn over

So you want us to just throw out random possibilities at ya?

I heard it's all about timing, especially with a retard.

Relay Problem

Try your starter inhibit relay. It is located just in front of your battery. Second relay over from left side. There is a video of this on youtube if you need it.

hard starting.

First of all you changed the MAF sensor, O2 sensor, speed sensor, I am hoping that you bought the OEM Genuine Nissan parts if not those are all your problem. OEM aftermarket parts are better available at Rockauto. Aftermarket parts in ebay and autozone, pep boys, advanced auto will erase the error code but the problem persist.
Try to hook your vehicle to OBD Scan tool and check for error code.
