Is it bearing hub, or tie rod end ?

Maxima 2000 SE with 155k miles on it.

At a speed around 60-65 miles/hour on highway, there was a slight shaky on steering wheel. Out of this speed window, no abnormities.

No humming sound, no clunks, possible occasional bumping clinks from right front wheel while at bumpers.

I jacked her up and checked the wheel. Vertical shake, no free play, horizontal wobble, there is a 2-3 mm free play with clink-clunk. I can see there's also a free play at tie rod end connection.

I put it on youtube, need a little eagle eye to see it, but it's there.

My question: does it mean an outer tie rod end replacement, or it might come from bearing hub? the passenger side has no any free plays at all.

Any replies appreciated.

There does appear to be too much play in your tie rod bushing. When you take it off count the number of turns so that you can repeat when you replace - alignment will be close but you still need to have it checked.

Use Moog from rockauto.com or a local parts store.
