So I know a few people that did the 350z clutch swap and kept their original flywheel and there isnt much of a big difference. No real performance loss, however we all know that it is recommended to swap the flywheel. My question is, what are the flywheel options if you do the 350z clutch.

I am not sure if the Z is the same tranny as the Maxima, since from what I know that the Z has a dual mass clutch, so I don't think they are interchangeable I looked up the parts, and they are two differences from Maxima tranny and the Z since the spline counts and the flywheel.

We both have dual mass clutches my only concern would be the possible difference in size might make a different in clutch wear, it may wear unusually but I know little about clutch wear and the such, I would say buy a maxima specified clutch and look at the difference between the two and see if there are any major differences and then install the one that would work best
