Floor Jack Points??
I wanted to remove my wheels to clean them this weekend. I was going to use a floor jack to life the car, but I was unsure where the best spot was on the car to do this. I ended up using the silly scissor jack to lift each section of the car up. Anyone know the right spot on the 2K for this?
Your owners manual does infact mention this.
But if you don't have one... the area where you use your sissor jack is wher eyou can use a standard jack and it's where you place the jack stands.

How can you put a jackstand under it at the same point the floor jack is located?

If you read my message again, all it says is that the jack and the jack stands point are the same. Never said that you should jack it up there and use the stands there at the same time.
PLEASE read the owners manual... lots of useful information in there.

if your worried about bending anything you can try lifting up by where the lower control arm connects to the frame. this tends to be a pretty strong area.

Any of U guys look at the picture on the jack itself that comes with the car? it tells U where to put the jack.
Oh another thing, Next time when you jack the car in the air, 1 tire, try to open the front door, the chassis is soo weak that it actually bends and the door and the door lock don't make full contact until U put the car back on the ground. Don't try to slam the door shut or U'll break the lock.
