Really loud Screeching Noise

I just replaced my ac compressor clutch bearing and when i put everything back together i made sure i had good tension but it screeches really loud. Could i have put it back together wrong? Help!

did you put the washers back in? if you left them out they will make the noise. where did you get the bearing? I need to buy one for mine
