Where did you get the replacement coil from? I would suggest that you swap the # 5 coil with either cylinder 1 or 3 and see what happens.

I would wait and fix the misfire code before worrying about the throttle position sensor code. It may be a false code.

From the FSM:

"When a misfire is detected which will overheat and damage the three way catalyst, the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) will start blinking..If the misfire frequency decreases to a level that will not damage the three way catalyst, the MIL will change from blinking to lighting up..."

So that's why your CEL is blinking. The misfire is bad enough to damage your catalyst.

You only have two options:

Replace the ignition coil with Genuine Nissan parts at courtesyparts.com or any Nissan dealership or Hitachi brand at Rockauto.com
Delete the code using the OBD scan tool
Ideally, buy yourself an OBD II scan tool with live feed to detect error code and impending error code.

For VQ35DE engine
Reset the ecu by using the Consult II of Nissan Stealership of do it yourself by performing the throttle relearn procedure

You still have not told us where you got the coil from/what brand.

Did you change all spark plugs or just one? May as well do them all but that's besides the point.

If coil is OEM follow Dennis' advice and move it to another cylinder to see if code changes.

You could purchase a spark detector ($15) to check the coil too.

Once you have answered some questions and followed some advice then report back with results.
