E brake issue

My e brake has always worked awesome.pull up on the handle 1/4 way and the wheels would lock . I just replaced the right rear caliper now the e brake hardly works. Any adjustment of ideas ? I

Pull straight up the e-brake all the way to the top
That circle hole you can use to loosen or tighten with socket

/\/\/\ Warning light should illuminate after one notch and turn off when fully released.

Btw 10-11 notches should be fully locked.
