Scuffed Rims-Are they fixable?

Hi, does anyone know if I can polish out or fix my rashed up/scuffed rims?

It can be done if you want to attempt doing it yourself. It's not the easiest job but with a little time, patience, and bondo. . it can indeed be done.

If you're afraid of screwing it up by doing it yourself, do what george said and take it somewhere to have pros do it.
