Headlight Relay (2k2)

LH headlamp (low and high beam)
does not operate, but RH headlamp
(low and high beam) does operate:
1. Check 20A fuse (No. 54, located in fuse and fusible
link box). Verify battery positive voltage is present at
terminals 1 and 6 of headlamp LH relay.
2. Check headlamp LH relay.
3. Check harness between headlamp LH relay and
smart entrance control unit.
4. Check harness between smart entrance control unit
and lighting switch.
5. Check smart entrance control unit. (EL-350)
RH headlamp (low and high beam)
does not operate, but LH headlamp
(low and high beam) does operate

link box). Verify battery positive voltage is present at
terminals 1 and 6 of headlamp RH relay.

Swap the left and right relays and see what happens. If you have a Canadian Maxima, the daylight running module could also be the problem.
