2000 Nissan maxima

maxima halogen headlights
Okay need some help.
I have a 2000 Nissan maxima, want to get the blue halogen lights,I saw them on eBay, they look like the lights I see on the 2002-2003 models, I hear that my 2000 isn't supposed to have those lights and that I may need a kit because those lights will burn lots of wattage.....just but sure how to make this change in the safest way possible.... I want to change the entire headlights, especially because my original ones are yellow colored...please help
