power bleeder cap.

Amazon.com: Motive Products Adapters Fits Many Vehicles with 2" ID 3 Tab Reservoir Caps: Automotive Amazon.com: Motive Products Adapters Fits Many Vehicles with 2" ID 3 Tab Reservoir Caps: Automotive

I'm looking at this thing but not sure it's the correct size?

There's a guy with a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5SL w/ ABS says it worked so if
we use the same exact cap should be good ya?

While replacing the power booster and master cylinder on our 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5SL w/ ABS, no amount of manual bleeding (pump pedal, hold, open bleeder) was able to get the air out of the system. I tried for two hours. I had a Motive PowerBleeder 0100 (European model), but the cap didn't fit. I called Motive and they very helpfully suggested this Ford 1107 cap would work on the Altima. So, I ordered this adapter. Five minutes after opening the package, I had a rock-hard pedal and great brakes. The right tool makes all the difference. And, as always, Amazon comes through with overnight Saturday delivery for an amazing price with Amazon Prime.

Sounds like that's for people that can't "bench bleed" the master cylinder.

The easiest way to do that is to get the nipple fittings that screw into the master with some hose and bleed it like you're doing calipers. Then, go ahead and bleed the calipers like normal.

Power bleeder is for people who want to bleed the brakes easy peezy.
What do you mean about bleeding the master cylinder?
I flushed the system and bled the brakes on my bmw by myself.
Fast, easy, easy, and easy.

Just don't know what part I need for the nissan.

When I had one of these I thought about grabbing an extra cap out of the junk yard and making my own perfect fit.
Ended up selling it just to make space.
:-/

Curious what you find that works.

If a fool runs the reservoir low and sucks in air or if you replace the master, then you have to bleed it.

There's nothing easier than bleeding the brakes normally with a dump reservoir. I use the hose and canister from a vacuum bleed kit. Then you can pump the brakes all you want without air getting sucked back up. I don't even lift the car to do it!
